Next Meeting: Meeting Notes:In accordance with the 4C's Constitution, Finance Committee members are appointed by the Executive Board. It is composed of a minimum of six members (who are appointed every two years), President Steve Cohen (who serves ex officio), and the Comptroller Tony Scott (who serves without a vote).
The Finance Committee provides oversight of the fiduciary, budget, and
investment process of the 4C's. It reviews and recommends policy for
adoption by the Executive Board. It implements and monitors approved
policies. It guarantees that there is an open, full, and complete
accounting of all Congress fiduciary, budget, and investment matters.
It provides to the Executive Board and the Delegate Assembly periodic
reports on the state of the Congress' finances.
